Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to help you with a return/exchange of eligible items within 10 days of your item(s) being delivered. Returns that meet our eligibility requirements will be refunded the cost of the items returned.

Items are only eligible if they are unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items for any defects before wear or use.  

If items shipped back to us do not meet our eligibility requirements and we cannot process the return/exchange, Wuvvy will not be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to the buyer. 

Be sure not to open your packages with any sharp tools as we cannot offer returns/exchanges to damaged products.
